Then just plug your USB into your PS3 and update via USB. Just copy the CEXFERROX478.PUP in there and rename it to PS3UPDAT.PUP. Idk, when i installed the webmod it worked for me, and make sure you launch the ps2 classics rebug after you have done all the steps and not directly launch the game from the ps2 folder in webagmes or it will freeze and it won't work(just to have mercy on the ps3 power button) It's a Very good tutorial, to kinda get what to do, and without using too many crazy stuff or extension files.
